How To Place Orders Online

Note: When making an online purchase, the total price shown in the shopping cart is for merchandise only. Other possible additional charges such as setup, artwork, shipping, state required taxes, and/or rush charges will be communicated prior to processing your order.

If you are a new client, we do require pre-payment on your first order.

Minimum Quantity
The minimum quantity for each item is based on manufacturer minimums.

Order Acknowledgements
We will e-mail (or fax if you prefer), an acknowledgement of each order prior to beginning production. Please check this acknowledgement to verify correct product, quantity, color, size, imprint, and shipping instructions. If your order has an in hands date, please verify in the Instruction box, that the in hands date is correct

You must approve the acknowledgement to authorize us to proceed.

Changes After Acknowledgement Is Approved
If changes are required or an order needs to be cancelled after charges have been incurred, i.e., art set up, product ordered, you will be responsible for those charges.

Production Time
Production times vary by item.

Rush Orders
Many items are available with rush production and some can be produced in as little as 48 hours. Please contact Customer Service to determine if the product you are interested in has that service.

Setup Charge
A setup charge may or may not apply depending on the product. Please contact Customer Service for information. If there is a set up charge, it will be indicated on your order.

Running Charge
Unless otherwise specified, item pricing includes the cost of a single-color imprint in one location. If your order is for more than one color, more than one imprint location or requires a non-standard imprint method; a running charge may be applied per additional color, per additional imprint location, per piece.

Reorders
If you would like to place an exact reorder, just send us an e-mail Please be sure to include the following information:

1.        Previous order #

2.        Date you need the product

3.        Quantity

4.        Verify ship to address

Artwork Specifications
See our Artwork FAQ's for information on preparing and supplying artwork for your order.

Artwork Submission
You may e-mail artwork files to your sales consultant or to info@authenticpromotions.com.  Please make sure to reference your company or organization name and contact information.

Artwork Proofs
After we receive your approved acknowledgement, we will e-mail (or fax) you an artwork proof. We will proceed with the production of your order once we receive your approval of the artwork.

Imprint Colors
Standard imprint colors will vary with each individual product/imprint method. Please contact your sales consultant for a list of our standard imprint colors for the items you are ordering. If you need a specific color we can match it for an additional charge.

Samples
Samples are available upon request.

Company Stores
Need products for a trade show? Easy. Drop ship your imprinted items right from our warehouse to your event. How about meeting a deadline for a special event? Pick the items from the company store and they will be delivered to meet your event date. Want to create incentives or motivate employees? What better way than to provide them with consistent branded company store items and, in return, you save costs on insurance and motivate your employees.

The artwork, photographs, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed on Authentic Promotions.com website and/or printed material are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of the imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, photograph, design or trademark.
